All Star 2011 Little League games...

The All Star Games 2011 were held in Belfair WA this year and it was wonderful to watch grandson, David, play third base again. Seeing him field the balls was exciting, as well as hitting the ball, running the bases and having a great time with his team mates.

They played well together, and we are happy he was able to play them again this year, his third year on the All Star Team for South Kitsap Southern Little League Team.

Good job, David!

A few of our "boys"... Reuben & Charles

With twenty grandkids, its great to have some one on one time with them occasionally. This time we did a two on two day with Reuben and Charles, who recently celebrated birthdays. It was a fun day of doing whatever they wanted without ten siblings around!

Tuesday's BIG Surprise...

Yesterday I arrived at Joy's house to monitor homework with the two youngest boys after school. When I walked in I saw a laptop open and on the chair (they are not allowed access to unsupervised computers). Just as I asked why they had this laptop open, Gordy (who lives in Texas) came around the corner and said hello. WOW! Nice surprise! That sure explains a lot of unusual activities of late!

Glad he could be home for a few days.
